Refunds & Returns Policy

At Blue Piranha Boat Parts LLC, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the return process simple and transparent.
⚙️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items. To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping the item back.
⚓ Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Used parts or salvage components (sold as-is)

Electrical parts

Special order or clearance items

Items that show signs of installation, modification, or use
🚢 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your return.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
🔁 Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a similar item instead of a refund, based on availability. Please contact us to discuss your options.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
